Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Roanoke, VA seeks Med Techs to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities and medications within the scope of practice. Maintain policies, document in EMAR/MAR, and support resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, activity participation, incident reporting, and ensuring resident safety. Requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, high school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days. Flexible weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Requires completion of Medication Aide Course.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Complete medication cart audits and participate in medication trainings.
