Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC is seeking a Med Tech for the Avamere at Bethany in Portland, OR. The part-time role (swing shift 2-10pm) involves administering medications and direct care to residents in a memory care/assisted living setting.

Responsibilities include medication administration, recording in the EMR, coordinating with nurses, and supporting residents with daily activities while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification during employment.
• Food Handler’s Card required.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications as prescribed by licensed nurse.
• Maintain medication cart and records in EMR.
• Monitor residents for side effects and report changes.
• Assist with medical appointments and care plans.
• Follow facility policies and maintain confidentiality.
