Job summary

The Reserve at Fountaingrove Memory Care in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a dedicated Med Tech to provide high-quality care to our residents and support daily living activities with compassion.

You will administer medications and document changes, communicate with the health services team, and help residents with privacy, dignity, and safety. Full-time and part-time openings with training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background checks and LIC 508/LIC 503 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administers and documents medications/treatments as directed by residents’ physician.
• Documents and reports changes and observations of resident’s needs and preferences.
• Communicates with the health services team, physicians, other healthcare providers, and responsible parties as needed.
• Aid with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided with privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

• State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
• LIC 503 Health Screening Report
