Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Rhode Island is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and documentation for residents in East Greenwich. You will support resident care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, ethical medication practices.

Experience may vary by state; certification as CMA and First Aid/CPR is required where applicable. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive work environment with comprehensive benefits.

• First Aid and/or CPR certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor's appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
