Job summary

Atria Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents and to maintain medication programs and documentation on-site at our Ardsley community.

You will support residents with daily living activities, coordinate with health professionals, and uphold high standards of safety and compassion while pursuing career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certified Medication Aide certification and state requirements.
• First Aid and/or CPR certifications may be required by state.
• Commitment to compassionate eldercare and resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication records, distribution, ordering, and documentation.
• Support residents with doctor visits, pharmacy pickups, and daily living activities.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct and teamwork to support residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and growth opportunities.

What You Will Do As a Med Tech (RMA)

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents

• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
