Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to join our devoted care team in Glendale, CA. You will help administer medications, maintain documentation, and support residents in daily living activities, working with others to ensure safe, compassionate care.

State Certified Medication Aide status, First Aid/CPR if required by state, and a willingness to grow within a supportive, mission-driven environment are essential. Join us to help residents thrive at home.

Qualifications

• Must have state-minimum experience, certification, and/or license; no additional experience required.
• Certification as CMA, and First Aid/CPR as required by state.
• Ability to assist with daily medication administration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation.
• Support residents with daily living activities and accompany to appointments.

What You Will Do As a Med Tech (RMA)

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor's appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
