Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and resident support at our Newport Beach location. You will maintain medication records, coordinate with pharmacies, and help residents with daily living activities.

Candidates should have CMA certification (or state equivalents) and relevant certifications, with strong teamwork and compassionate care mindset. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be CMA (or state-recognized equivalent) and maintain required certifications.
• Care for residents with compassion and professionalism; document accurately.
• Experience with medication administration and resident support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation
• Assist residents with doctor visits, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with team to support resident well-being
• Receive on-the-job training and pursue career growth
• Must have state-required CMA/First Aid/CPR certifications if required

What You Will Do As a Med Tech (RMA)

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
