Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents with daily medication administration and coordinated care in our Davis community. The role emphasizes ethical conduct, teamwork, and accurate documentation to enhance residents’ quality of life.

You will assist with medication programs, attend to documentation, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure smooth operations. Certification as a Medication Aide, plus First Aid or CPR, is required by state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide required by state
• First Aid and/or CPR certifications may be required
• No additional experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor's appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
