Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents by assisting with daily medication administration and maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to ensure safe medication practices, manage documentation, and help residents with daily living tasks. State certification requirements apply, with on-the-job training and growth opportunities provided.

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of residents by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members.
• Receive on‑the‑job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
