Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Unit Support Coordinator for the 5S Med Surg unit, 35-day shift (8am–6:30pm) at CHH. You will assist staff, assemble patient records, answer phones, and welcome patients and families to the unit.

Under supervision of a professional nurse, you will handle clerical tasks, order supplies, track time in Kronos, and help disseminate information to the team. A high school diploma or GED is required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General/relevant experience required.
• Experience with unit clerical tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to guests and support unit staff.
• Assemble patient records and answer phones.
• Order and ensure delivery of supplies; timekeeping via Kronos.
• Welcome patients and families; orient to unit areas.
• Disseminate information to staff on behalf of unit leaders.
