Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, NIHSS within grace periods.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care patients.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patient records including test results and results postings.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
