Job summary

BayCare Health System in Florida is seeking experienced Med/Surg/Telemetry nurses to join our Region Core Float Pool. This full-time position requires 3x12 hour night shifts per week, with every 3rd Friday and Saturday, and 2 Sundays in a 6-week schedule.

You will float to BayCare hospitals based on census needs across Regions 1 and 3. Candidates must hold a Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, a BSN, and at least 2 years of acute Med/Surg/Tele experience; Cerner EMR experience

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• 2 years RN experience in acute Med/Surg/Tele
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts
• Must pass Tele test during orientation
• Flexibility

Responsibilities

• Float to BayCare hospitals as needed based on census needs.
• Work region assignments (Region 1 and Region 3) as part of the float pool.
