Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.

• ADN holders with <10 years of experience must enroll in a bachelor's program within 12 months and complete it within 5 years.
• Basic life support
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as required by department

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on 6B med/surg/telemetry unit.
• Conduct nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Deliver patient and family-centered education.
• Support care coordination and individualized treatment planning as applicable.
