Baptist Health in Lexington, KY is seeking an Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular, Thoracic Telemetry unit (4H). The nurse will provide direct patient care on a 23-bed telemetry unit focusing on post-op CABG patients and moderate risk chest pain cases.

The role requires Kentucky RN licensure and a nursing degree (BSN or ADN). ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications and dysrhythmia training are required by the department. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing.
• ACLS, PALS or NRP certifications required.
• Dysrhythmia class completion as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide direct patient care on 4H telemetry.
• Perform nursing rounds, assessments and treatments.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Provide patient and family-centered education and care planning.
