Job summary

Prime Healthcare in Gadsden, AL is seeking a full-time Medical-Surgical Telemetry CNA to join our team. The role involves providing essential patient care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient safety for adults recovering from surgeries or illnesses on heart monitors.

Work hours are 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401K plan. Candidates must have a current CNA certificate and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must have current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire.
• Must have current BLS upon hire and maintain it.
• Possess knowledge of Medical Terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing.
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure and heart rate.
• Help patients with mobility, getting in and out of bed.
