Job summary

BayCare Health Systems is seeking experienced med/surg/tele nurses to join our Region Core Float Pool. This full-time night-shift role requires 3x12 hour blocks and rotating Sundays, with assignments across BayCare hospitals in Regions 1–3.

You will float to census needs, maintain Cerner EMR proficiency, and deliver quality care in Med-Surg/Tele units. Candidates must hold an RN license in Florida, BLS, and 2 years of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Associates degree in nursing
• 2 years RN experience in acute Med/Surg/Tele
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts
• Must be able to pass Tele test during orientation
• Flexibility

Responsibilities

• Float to region hospitals based on census needs and shift requirements.
• Provide med/surg/telemetry nursing care during nights.
• Adhere to BayCare policies and complete orientation requirements.
