Job summary

BayCare is seeking an RN for the Float Pool in the Tampa Bay area. This full-time position involves floating among BayCare hospitals, caring for patient groups using the nursing process, and delegating tasks to the care team.

The role requires an RN license, BLS certification, and 2 years of PCU experience in acute care. A nursing specialty certification is preferred. Work schedule includes 3x12 hour shifts and weekend coverage as described.

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
• RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
• Nursing Specialty Certification is preferred
• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 2 years of PCU RN experience in acute care
