Job summary

BayCare Health Systems is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse II for Med/Surg/Tele in Clearwater. The role requires a BSN, RN license, and at least 2 years of acute Med/Surg/Tele experience with Cerner EMR experience preferred.

You will float across BayCare Hospitals based on census needs, working 3x12s with every 3rd Friday/Saturday and 2 Sundays in a 6-week cycle, supporting patient care across multiple regions as assigned.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• 2 years RN experience in acute Med/Surg/Tele
• BLS certification required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must have independent transportation
• Able to pass Telemetry test during orientation
• Flexibility to float to different BayCare hospitals

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in Med/Surg/Tele units
• Float to designated BayCare Hospitals based on census needs
• Work nights and maintain patient safety and quality of care
• Collaborate with care teams and physicians to develop the plan of care
• Complete orientation requirements and telemetry testing
