Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking experienced Med Surg/Tele nurses to join our Staffing Resource Office team in Clearwater, FL. This part-time, days shift role supports a region-based float pool and offers diverse assignments across BayCare hospitals.

As a Clinical Nurse II, you will float to different hospitals, maintain high clinical standards, and collaborate with nursing leadership. A current RN license, BLS, 2 years Med/Surg/Tele experience, and Cerner EMR familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• RN with current license and BLS required.
• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in acute Med/Surg/Tele.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass Tele test during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med/Surg/Tele nursing coverage as a float nurse per region needs.
• Adhere to BayCare policies and shift schedules.
• Participate in staffing resource office duties and assignments.
