Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with <3 years' experience or equivalent.

• Precept and mentor new team members.
• Prioritize patient safety and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with certifications and standards (NIHSS, BLS).
