Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with potential PCA training.

• Ability to use basic computer software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Clinical Nurse.
• Offer unit clerical support to the patient care team.
• Maintain a clean and orderly patient environment.
• Give information and directions to physicians, patients and families.
• May schedule tests, maintain patient records and sign patients in/out.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and delivering equipment and supplies.
• Provide continuous observation including suicide prevention when required.
