Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) in good standing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• College diploma in nursing; at least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties per unit scope and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop plan of care upon admission and adjust for patient and family needs.
• Administer medications and ensure 5 Rights at all times.
• Maintain safety, complete shift handoffs, and communicate with the care team.
• Delegate tasks to HCAs and monitor completion.
