Qualifications

• RN license (IL IDFPR)
• BLS within 30 days - AHA
• College Diploma Nursing
• RN > 1yr experience

Responsibilities

• Performs all unit-specific nursing duties with adherence to scope of service.
• Documents nursing care accurately to inform care team.
• Completes initial patient assessment and develops a care plan.
• Implements and adjusts nursing interventions and care plans as patient status changes.
• Maintains patient safety, falls prevention, and isolation precautions.
• Communicates effectively within the healthcare team and with patients/families.
