Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications safely following hospital policy.
• Maintain accurate MAR and utilize barcode scanning.
• Communicate with patients and families about care plans and treatment.
• Document all patient care in the EHR per hospital standards and policy.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and participate in shift handoffs and care coordination.
