Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse – Med Surg RN to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting. You will be part of a collaborative team, delivering comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education to support positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, have Med-Surg experience, and maintain current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing, with eligibility to practice in the relevant state.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing preferred, with a strong foundation in acute patient care.
• Current certifications as required by the facility (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document patient care according to established protocols.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of patient care standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, using clinical judgment and nursing skills.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines.
