Openwork Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical (RN - MedSurg) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a medical-surgical unit. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor progress, and advocate for patients and families.

Qualifikationen

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Experience in a medical-surgical Nursing environment preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications as required by facility.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the med-surg setting.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor vitals, labs, and patient responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Promote a safe, patient-centered care environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with nursing ethics and legal standards.
