Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with other professionals.
• Monitor patient status and document nursing observations; communicate with physicians and team.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post‑discharge care.
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance compliance.
• Onboard and orient new team members as needed.
