The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, BLS certification, and strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Medical Surgical (MedSurg) nursing preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Compliance with facility and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility protocols.
• Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
