Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and how to engage patients and families in care planning.
• Awareness of cultural diversity and ability to respect and incorporate beliefs into care.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and respectfully.
• Ability to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Experience educating patients and families about conditions, treatments, and next steps.
• Knowledge of medication administration and discharge planning.
• Familiarity with documenting health information effectively.
• Understanding of nursing assessments, diagnoses, and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities
