Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care principles.
• Cultural awareness in relation to diverse patient populations.
• Clear and effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to assess patient conditions and plan appropriate care.
• Knowledge of educating patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Familiarity with medication administration and discharge planning.
• Understanding of discharge needs and coordinating post-care.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and clinical reasoning.
