Jefferson Health in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a professional nurse to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized plans of care with patients and care partners, address physical, emotional, and social needs, and align with cultural beliefs and values.

You will collaborate with inter-professional teams, follow evidence-based practices, and participate in safety and quality initiatives while supporting patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and care partners.
• Ability to delegate appropriately to team members.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and discharge planning.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and electronic records.
• BLS certification; RN license in appropriate state(s).
