• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Patient-and Family-Centered Practice knowledge of how to convey respect and collaborate with each patient and family.
• Cultural awareness and ability to relate to diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication to transmit and interpret information with patients and families.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and discharge considerations.
• Knowledge of medication administration and post-discharge follow-up.
• Awareness of health information documentation and collaboration with teams.
