Job summary

Jefferson Health in Turnersville, NJ seeks a dedicated registered nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop care plans with patients and care partners, addressing individualized needs while honoring cultural beliefs and values.

Responsibilities include collaborating with diverse teams, educating patients and families, and contributing to safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
Effective communication and collaboration with patients and families.
Understanding of health information documentation and data-driven care.
BLS certification; RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

Interact with patients, families, and staff, integrating evidence-based practice and cultural values.
Identify learning needs and provide education to patients and families.
Use information technology to communicate, document, and monitor patient outcomes.
Collaborate in inter-professional teams to deliver safe, compassionate care.
Participate in safety and quality improvement through committees and feedback.
Precept or mentor staff as appropriate.
