Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical floor to serve patients in the Washington, DC region. The role offers day, night, and mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem options in a hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, current RN license, and BLS certification. A strong EMR background and solid clinical skills are required to provide safe, comprehensive care and support discharge planning.

Qualifications

ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license.
1 year nursing experience, preferably med-surg or similar setting.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Proficiency with electronic medical record systems (EMR).

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and assist with discharge planning.
Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
Document all aspects of care accurately in line with hospital policies.
