Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical units in the Washington, DC area. The role supports diverse patient populations with acute and chronic conditions, requiring an active RN license and BLS. Qualifications

• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in EMR per hospital policies.
