Incredible Health in the Washington, DC area is actively hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg. This role offers day, night, and mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules, with a supportive multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications include ADN or higher, current RN license, 1 year med-surg experience, BLS, EMR proficiency, and strong clinical skills. The position includes health benefits, PTO, tuition assistance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

ADN or higher nursing degree required.
Active, unencumbered RN license.
1 year of nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical settings.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care and discharge planning.
Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
Document all aspects of care in EMR per policy.
