The position offers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with care teams to ensure safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with policies.
