Incredible Health is actively hiring for Registered Nurse – Med Surg in the Washington, DC area. Positions cover day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualified candidates hold an ADN or higher, possess an active RN license and BLS, and have at least 1 year of med-surg experience. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong clinical skills are required. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree or equivalent.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in med-surg.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in the EMR following policies.
