Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history, observe symptoms, and record progress.
• Assist physicians during treatments; administer medications and treatments.
• Complete admissions and discharges; promote recovery and rehab.
• Educate patients and families; document care using standard procedures.
• Develop and manage nursing care plans; coordinate with the care team.
• Ensure patient safety and communicate updates to the care team.
• Provide life-saving interventions when required and handle emergencies.
