Job summary

Spring Valley Hospital, part of Universal Health Services and The Valley Health System, is seeking an RN to provide safe, competent care and lead a multidisciplinary team in a busy Las Vegas acute care setting.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical leadership, and collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes. Nevada RN licensure and current BLS/PNP requirements are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• One year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current PALS Certification or NRP Certification as required by department.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Oversee and guide employees under supervision.
