Job summary

Spring Valley Hospital, part of The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care in a busy acute care setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold clinical standards and Service Excellence.

Requires Nevada RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as applicable, and a BSN preferable. At least one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty program; pre-employment assessments may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• One year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course.
• Current RN license in Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as applicable.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Oversee and guide staff under supervision.
