Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program required.
• RN license in the State of Nevada and current BLS.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP or required specialty training/certification current upon hire.
• Minimum one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members to achieve safe, optimal outcomes.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee staff and ensure adherence to Patient Centered Care standards.
