Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience upon hire.
• Current TX RN license upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide medical-surgical nursing care.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care plans with patient/family.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; ensure safety.
• Reassess patients and report changes to physicians.
• Provide bedside shift reports and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant patient environment.
