Job summary

St. Luke's Health - The Woodlands Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care across a 245-bed hospital serving North Harris and Montgomery counties.

The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and uphold patient safety and excellence in a fast-paced environment. Texas RN license and BLS/CPR are required; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing required at hire.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse in TX at hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document care and communicate changes to the team.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and overall quality of care.
