Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN to join our team. You will engage in unit councils and quality initiatives, applying evidence-based practices to improve care processes and patient outcomes.

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with families and the care team while maintaining thorough EHR documentation and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, engaging patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
• Communicates effectively, provides feedback, and resolves conflicts to support team delegation.
