Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care with patient/family engagement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to protocols.
• Demonstrates effective communication and delegation within the team.
