Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Engages patients and families through the continuum of care and promotes safety.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and proper delegation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs and uphold ethical standards.
