Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• RNs without a Bachelor's degree are encouraged to enroll in a BSN program within two years of start date and complete within seven years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed care providers.
• Act as team leader or charge nurse for a group of patients or unit as assigned.
• Maintain environment of care and resources; report equipment issues.
• Support professional development and mentor junior staff and learners.
