Job summary

Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, NC, seeks a registered nurse to provide professional nursing care guided by physician orders and established policies. You will plan, deliver, document care and educate patients and families, functioning within the nursing scope defined by NC Board of Nursing.

The role requires at least 12 months of clinical experience, current or compact RN licensure in North Carolina, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program, ADN, or Nursing Diploma.
• Twelve months of clinical experience required; primary care experience preferred.
• Current or compact RN licensure in North Carolina, BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide and document professional nursing care as per orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff.
