Mercy is hiring an RN to provide patient care using the nursing process and to coordinate care with other departments. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality while upholding Mercy Service Standards and mission values.

Requirements include nursing education (AD/Diploma/BSN), an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, and BLS with optional certifications such as ACLS/ALS, PALS, TNCC and others depending on unit needs.

Formación

• RN licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Graduate from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• One or more unit-specific certifications may be required (see list).

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates care effectiveness of other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights/confidentiality.
